Taking place for the second year in a row, the Ceremony for The Fallen and The Living is a ceremony held at Memorial Day, and it’s goal is to give stage to people who’ve endure combat and came back alive to tell about it. Memorial Day is an opportunity for those who don’t talk about their experiences to do so, because this is a day where everything is connected to military experience, resulting in a greater chance of sharing. The ceremony is constituted of an art exhibition ‘Looking Back’, three short stories and sharing circles

Resisim’s aim is to shift the belief among Israelis who have endured combat experiences from solitude and silence to a place where they feel safe and able to share those experiences and feelings, and provide them the tools to do so.
