Zer01ne International Digital Arts festival returns for it’s 2nd edition.  The festival and it’s content will deal with the enigmatic technology of “Artificial Intelligence”, This Years Edition will be Called “BINA” (Hebrew: Intelligence).

This year we will ask what is intelligence? What are its boundaries and why is it artificial?

After all, “artificial” intelligence exists in a reciprocal, dialectical relationship with its human creators. We will take a closer look at the development of human intelligence alongside that of the organisms around us and through this lens observe the developing computerized one, Offering new observations and interpretations, drawing inspiration from ancient wisdoms and traditions alongside evolving contemporary concepts.

In this framework, we have invited, visionary artists and creators from all over the world, whose projects, embody in its own way the opportunity that lies in areas that are perceived as alienated, anti-natural and dystopian. Precisely from the technological space, they offer a new and inspiring interpretation of a more humane future.

Zero. One is a Digital Arts Festival that straddles the intersection between art, technology, myths and magic. The Festival was founded in 2019 as a collaboration between the Tower of David Museum in Jerusalem and the artistic directors Danielle Zini and Yair Moss.

The festival featured A/V performances, media installations, lectures, conferences, workshops, and more with a variety of local and international artists.
